The Spanish pianist Javier Perianes has won international acclaim in the most prestigious concert halls on five continents including Carnegie Hall in New York, London's Wigmore Hall, the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris, the Berlin Philharmonic, the Musikverein in Vienna, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and Suntory Hall in Tokio. He has appeared with renowned conductors such as Barenboim, Dutoit, Mehta, Maazel, Frühbeck de Burgos, Dausgaard, Petrenko, Harding and Temirkanov, and records exclusively for Harmonia Mundi. His recording of the Grieg A-minor Piano Concerto and selection of Grieg's Lyrical Pieces were highly acclaimed by critics in 'The Gramopone' and "Pianiste' magazines.
